Frequently Asked Questions
Diemaking FAQs
What do you get for the price of a new machine?
Pricing for all our machines is “turnkey”, meaning that everything needed to become operational is included, the cost of the machine, installation, training, and a full two-year parts and labor warranty, including software updates and lifetime remote diagnostics and support*, which enables instant technical support and virtually eliminates the need for on-site technical support visits. Home base for our sales, phone & remote support and parts and materials inventory is in Boulder, Colorado. We have technicians based in many locations around the United States so that someone is always nearby for less than 16% of service calls that actually require a technician’s visit.

Who do we get service from?
What's the warranty on my machine?
All SDS machines come with full, two-year parts and labor warranty, which also includes lifetime phone and remote access tech support from a US-based technician.
Can we get additional training?
Yes, we offer follow-up training which is more advanced than the initial training offered at installation. We also understand that turnover can lead to new operators who may not have had the benefit of the installation training we provide. We are available to provide training in these situations, though there may be additional fees. Give us a call at 303.798.7110 to discuss your situation.
