We have taken our work horse the EasyBender S1 and gave it an overhaul, New Look, New Features with the Same Reliability you have come to expect from EasyBender.
With Brand-New Operating Software, EasyBender, is now able to provide a seamless user experience with intuitive and ease-of-use graphical interfaces. Helper tools have been added to reduce the time needed to keep your EasyBender in complete calibration within in a few short minutes. Don’t worry we have improved upon the features that you have come to love … GUI Bending Simulation & Adjustment, Same Shape Recognition and more.
New Bending Module design. No longer do you have to remove the Top bending gear to change your machine over from cutting rule height and thickness. Our new design has reduced the needed change over time adding valuable production capacity.
The EasyBender G6 can be configured to process 2pt, 3pt & 4pt in thickness and from .918″ to 1.25″ in height of CF, CFDB, SF, SFDB, and Serrated. With Auto Height-Adjustable End Cut Module, your diemaker can easily switch from processing 2pt .918″ to 2pt 1.25 with a few clicks of your mouse.
The EasyBender G6 is the first steel rule bending machine to allow you to either Cut First – Bend Last or Bend First – Cut Last. Diemakers can chose either option to maximize the output of your EasyBender G6. Utilize the Cut First – Bend Last option process straight rule and segments with a few bends. When a job requires more intricate bent segments choose the Bend First – Cut Last option allowing extreme accuracy. Bend 1-100 pieces and have the confidence that theyare exactly the same every time.

Redesigned bending module and nozzle
The bending module and nozzle have been redesigned for increased performance and quicker change over.
Newly designed powerful Post-Cut unit
The Post-Cut unit is capable of processing 2, 3 & 4pt cutting rule. Diemakers can choose either Cut-First – Bend Last or Bend First Cut Last options.
Collection Tray
The air jet nozzle moves the completed pieces whenever they are finished moving them into the tray.
Fully automatic height-adjustable tool module
